Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Custom or made to order items may require additional time - this will be noted in the product description. 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via CANADIAN POST with tracking number provided.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Local Pickup (Yellowknife)

Free local pickup may be available in Yellowknife, NT.  You will be contacted to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready. 

Free local delivery is available in Yellowknife,NT on all orders over $100.  You will be contacted to arrange a delivery time once your order is ready. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at check-out.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Package

Once your order is handed over to Canada Post, it is in their care.  However, if your package is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will help file a claim or find a solution.
