Refund policy

All Sales Final on Certain Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • custom or personalized items
  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • bath & body products (bath bombs, shower steamers, body butters, etc)
  • sale or clearance items

Returns (Eligible items Only)

We accept returns m eligible items within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for return:

  • items must be unused in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof pf purchase required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item, its packaging and its shipping packaging 

We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.  If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, within 5-7 business days. 

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided 

Local Pickup Orders (Yellowknife)

All local pickup sales are considered final sale once the item has been received.
